California residents: you can opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising at any time via our <a href="/pages/do-not-sell">Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information</a> page, or by rejecting non-essential cookies in the banner shown at the bottom of the site.

2. Categories of Personal Information We Collect
In the last 12 months we have collected the categories of personal information listed below, from the sources listed, for the business purposes listed. This table is provided to satisfy the CCPA/CPRA notice-at-collection requirement.

3. How We Use Your Information
To process and ship your orders and manage subscriptions.
To send order confirmations, shipping updates, subscription renewal reminders, and customer-service replies.
To send marketing emails — only if you opt in.
To improve our website, products, and customer experience.
To measure advertising performance and (with your consent) show relevant ads on third-party platforms.
To prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
4. Advertising, Analytics & the Meta Pixel
We use the following third-party technologies:
Meta (Facebook) Pixel — sends page-view, product-view, add-to-cart, initiate-checkout, subscribe, and purchase events, plus your IP address and cookie identifiers, to Meta Platforms, Inc. for advertising measurement and retargeting.
Google Analytics 4 — session and page analytics, IP address (truncated), device information.
Shopify — cart, checkout, order and subscription processing.
The Meta Pixel and Google Analytics only load after you accept non-essential cookies in our banner. If you reject, or if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we do not load these tags on your visit. Under CCPA/CPRA the transfer of online identifiers and event data to Meta for advertising constitutes "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising — you can opt out at any time on the <a href="/pages/do-not-sell">Do Not Sell or Share</a> page.
5. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information in exchange for money. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the business: payment processors (Shopify Payments, Stripe), shipping carriers, subscription platform (Shopify), email platforms, advertising platforms (Meta, Google) where you have not opted out, analytics tools, and customer-support tools. Each is contractually limited to using your data only to provide the service to us.
6. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for three purposes:
Essential — cart, checkout, session, security. Always on; the site does not function without them.
Analytics — Google Analytics. Loaded only after consent.
Advertising — Meta Pixel. Loaded only after consent.
You can change your choice at any time by clearing browser cookies for this domain — the banner will re-appear.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you have some or all of the following rights:
Know what personal information we hold and receive a copy or summary.
Correct inaccurate personal information.
Delete personal information (subject to legal exceptions).
Opt out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (California).
Object to certain processing or request data portability (EU/UK).
Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any right, email <a href="mailto:privacy@moodifypetus.com">privacy@moodifypetus.com</a>. We respond within 45 days (extendable once by an additional 45 days if reasonably necessary, and we will tell you why). We verify requests by matching the email address against your order history; for sensitive requests we may ask for additional information to confirm your identity. You may designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf.
8. Retention
